Position Overview:
seeking an experienced Senior Health Services and Public Health Director to lead strategic planning, oversee high-impact health programs, and manage our health services and public health initiatives. The Director will play a critical role in guiding our organization’s health services strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with public health standards. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for improving public health outcomes and delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance health services and public health initiatives .
• Lead and oversee the operations of health programs, ensuring they meet both organizational objectives and community health needs.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of health services managers and public health professionals.
• Monitor program performance and health outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based solutions.
• Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations to expand health services.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and maintain quality across all health and care services.
• Direct resource allocation and budgeting for health programs, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
• Communicate program progress, challenges, and achievements to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in public health management, healthcare administration, or health services, including significant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of public health policies, health regulations, and best practices in health services.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and optimizing resources in healthcare or public health settings.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
