Health Professional (Carer)

Position Overview:
seeking a dedicated and skilled Health Professional to join our team. This role involves delivering direct care to clients, supporting their daily needs, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, and medication management.
• Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor clients’ health, report any concerns, and document care accurately in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Support clients in achieving a high quality of life by encouraging independence and involvement in activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients at all times.
• Collaborate with other carers and health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Level 3 preferred).
• Prior experience in a caregiving or health professional role, preferably with elderly or vulnerable clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in care settings.
• Ability to follow care plans and work under the supervision of senior healthcare staff.
