About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Health Services and Public Health Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee care and public health initiatives that enhance the quality of life for our clients. You’ll play a vital role in managing and improving care services, working alongside healthcare professionals, carers, and public health experts to make a meaningful impact on community health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of health and care services, ensuring clients receive top-quality care and support.
• Lead and support a team of carers, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate public health programs to meet organizational and client health needs.
• Manage resources and budgets effectively, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Ensure compliance with public health and care service regulations, maintaining high standards of care.
• Regularly assess client and program needs, implementing improvements to enhance service quality.
• Report on program outcomes and progress to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Services Management, Nursing, or a related field .
• At least 5 years of experience in health services management or public health, with experience in care settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of carers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of health regulations, care standards, and public health policies.
• Experience with budgeting and resource management in a healthcare or care setting.
